This challenge was very hard for me not to take completely literally, after all, it's what we do every day anyway.
The past few weeks have been filled with emotional upheaval for our family, from illness to career challenges and relationship issues.
One thing that helps all of us survive the difficult times is a secure foundation of love and respect, to me, building this foundation is my stitch in time,
